Ruos Kie, defected on April 27, 1973, to the Khmer Republic Government in Kie Khel commune, Kampong Speu province. He confessed that he was an ordinary person and wasn't assigned to any positions because he was crippled.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅឃុំគាលខែល ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឹ មានឈ្មោះ រស់ គា បានមកសុំចុះចូលជាមួយរដ្ឋការជាតិវិញ។ សាមុីជនជាប្រជាជនសាមញ្ញ ពួកខ្មាំងវាមិនបានឱ្យប្រភពចូលកាន់នាទី អ្វីទេ ព្រោះប្រភពជាមនុស្សពិការដៃជើង និងភ្នែកម្ខាងទៀត។
