Sao Sim, as a Khmer Liberation, combatant in Battalion 56. On June 13, 1973, he was arrested by National Army in Kroch Saech bridge, during he and his friend, named Yim Chroeun, attampted to defect to the National Army in Kroch Saech defending camp after thier soldiers were defeated troops retreating troops in Prek Anh Chanh.
សៅ ស៊ីម ជាខ្មែររំដោះ មាននាទីជាពលទាហានក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច ៥៦ ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅភូមិពោធិ៍កោង ស្រុក និងខេត្ដឧដុង្គមាន ជ័យ ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅលើ ស្ពានក្រូចសើច ក្នុងពេលដែលប្រភព និងមិត្ដម្នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ យឹម ជ្រឿន មានបំណងដើរមកសុំចុះចូលជាមួយនឹងកងការពារបន្ទាយក្រូច សើច ក្រោយពេលដែលកងទ័ពខ្មាំងត្រូវបាក់ទ័ពនៅព្រែកអញ្ចាញទៅ។
