Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On May 22, 1973, Uon Min, as a commander of Battalion 410, KI-VC-NVN, escaped from enemy's region and defected to the society with National Military Authority in Kampot district office. He also confessed that he had fleed from enemy's region in May 18, 1973, but the reason that he came to join the society late because of he was chased to shoot dead by his deputy commander, named Phorn, on the way. He indicated that he had to meet a commander of Battalion 410, who was a North Vietnamess commander and 4 deputy North Vietnamess commanders of En Khiem, En Ngoeuk, Ok Nha and Bai Seung.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ួន មីន ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងវរសេនាតូច៤១០ កាអ៊ី-វ៉េសេ អ៊ិនវ៉េអ៊ិន បានរត់ចេញពីខ្មាំង ហើយបានមកសារភាពនៅសាលាស្រុក កំពត កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ប្រភពបានសារភាព ថាខ្លួន រត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣មេ្លះ តែនៅ តាមផ្លូវត្រូវឈ្មោះ ផន ជាមេបញ្ជាការរងកងវរសេនាតូច៤១០ ដេញបាញ់សម្លាប់ចោលទើបធ្វើឱ្យខាតពេល ហើយបន្លាយរហូតដល់ ថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែឧសភា ទើបអាចចូលសារភាពបាន។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា ខ្លួនត្រូវឡើងជាមេបញ្ជាការកងវរសេនាតូច៤១០ ដោយ ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការធំយួនខាងជើងម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ទី យ៉ុង និងមេ បញ្ជាការរងឈ្មោះ អ៊ិន ឃៀម, អ៊ិន ងឿក, អ៊ុក ញ៉ា និង បៃ ស៊ឹង (ទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែជាយួនខាងជើង)។
