Neak Nin, Khmer Viet Cong , was arrested on August 5, 1972, at AngtaSom by National Army.
He confessed that he was defained by Viet Cong and escaped from them to defected to Khmer Republic Government. According to other sources, he really belonged to Khmer Viet Cong group. នាក់ និន ជាខ្មែរយៀកកុង ត្រូវបានទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួននៅអង្គតាសោម កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នំា១៩៧២។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានសារភាពថា ខ្លួន ត្រូវពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុងចាប់ឃុំឃាំង ហើយក៏រត់ពីពួកគេដើម្បីចុះចូល ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។ យើងយោងតាមព័ត៌មានរបស់ប្រភពផេ្សងបានឱ្យដឹងថាឈ្មោះនេះ ពិតជាបក្សពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដមែន។
