The Agent 044 reported that there was about 2,500 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces and under the command of Ti Kam, in Infantry Division 82, in charge of operation in Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang and Kandal province. The soldiers in Infantry Division were totally the Vietnamese living in Cambodia. Also, the North Yuon Viet Congs sent 1,000 troops in to Ponhea Leu district and another 1,000 into Muk Kampoul and Tek Khlang districts. And the troops that they sent to Muk Kampoul, were ready to be sent to Ponhea Leu.
ភ្នាក់ងារលេខ០៤៤ បានរាយការណ៍មកថា មានពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាង ជើងមានប្រហែល២,៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ ស្ថិតនៅក្រោម បញ្ជាការរបស់ឈ្មោះទីកាម នៃកងពលថ្មើជើងលេខ៨២ ដែលមានភារៈ កិច្ចដើរប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ-កំពង់ចាម-កំពង់ឆ្នាំង និង កណ្ដាល។ កងទ័ពដែលនៅក្នុងកងពលថ្មើរជើងលេខ៨២នេះ សុទ្ធតែជា ជនជាតិយួននៅស្រុកខ្មែរ។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងបានបញ្ចូលទ័ព១,០០០នាក់ ចូលមលស្រុកពញាឮ និងទ័ព១,០០០ នាក់ទៀត ចូលមកក្នុងស្រុកមុខកំពូល និងស្រុកទឹកឃ្លាំង ហើយទ័ពដែលបានបញ្ចូលក្នុងស្រុកមុខកំពូលនេះ បម្រុងនឹងបញ្ជូនចូលក្នុងស្រុកពញា ឮទៀត។
