On February 16, 1972, at 10:00am, about 20 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces departed from Trakiet village at VT 862-470, to block the National Road 2, in Dei Kraham 500 metres North of Kandeng Thom village at 836-484, sangkat Kandeng. The source added that those enemies at the above-mentioned spots had captured chinese-Khmers as well as 11 motorbikes. The enemies toward to Mkak village at VT 867-478, and then destinated to the thick forest at VT 885-455.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ វេលាម៉ោង១០ៈ០០ព្រឹក ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន២០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានចេញពី ភូមិត្រគៀត ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៦២-៤៧០ ទៅស្កាត់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ២ ម្ដុំដីក្រហមខាងជើងភូមិកណ្ដឹងធំ ប្រហែល៥០០ម៉ែត្រ ត្រង់ចំណុច ៨៣៦-៤៨៤ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កណ្ដឹង។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមទៀតថា ពួកខ្មាំងដែលនៅចំនុចខាងលើនេះបានចាប់កូនចិន-ខ្មែរ ដែលដើរលេង ចូលឆ្នាំចិន-យួន នេះបានម៉ូតូចំនួន១១គ្រឿង ព្រមទាំងនាំម្ចាស់ម៉ូតូ មកជាមួយផង ខ្មាំងបានសំដៅទៅភូមិម្កាក់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៦៧-៤៧៨ ហើយសំដៅទៅព្រៃក្រាស់ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៨៨៥-៤៥៥។
