Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secrectary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that in the end of 1975, Son attended a meeting at the east of Wat Phnom and received the plot from Khuon to continuously destroy materials and build up forces in order to fight the revolution. About Son's activities, Pheng did not clarify clearly.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាននិយាយថា ចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សុន បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពី ឃួន នៅខាងកើតវត្ដភ្នំ ខ្លឹមសារគឺអោយបន្ដបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ បន្ដការកសាងកម្លាំងសម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដ។ ចំណែកសកម្មភាពរបស់ សុន វិញ ផេង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់លំអិតទេ។
