On February 11, 1972, the Agent 033-033-14 reported that 200 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces settled shelters near a small stream in North of Tbeng pagoda at VT 313-857, 392-850, 395-850, 395-857, in Sangkat Ya Ang, Am Leang district, Kampong Speu prvince. The Agent indicated that On February 11, 1972, in the evening about 17:00, Yuon-Khmer Viet Congs planned to have a meeting in the above-mentioned spots.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ភ្នាក់ងារលេខ០៣៣-០៣៣-១៤ បានផ្ដល់ពត៌មានមកថា មានពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុងខាងជើងចំនួន ២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានចូលមកតាំងទីជម្រកនៅ ក្បែរអូរខាងជើងវត្ដត្បែង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៣១៣-៨៥៧, ៣៩២-៨៥០, ៣៩៥-៨៥៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់យ៉ាអង្គ ស្រុកអមលាំង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ។ ភ្នាក់ងារលេខ០៣៣-០៣៣-១៤ បានឆ្លើយបញ្ជាក់ ទៀតថា នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ វេលាម៉ោង១៧ៈ០០ល្ងាច នោះពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុងត្រូវធ្វើការប្រជុំជាមួយខ្មែរយៀកកុង ត្រង់ ចំណុចខាងលើនោះផង។
