Sam Sieng I, who lived in Sambo village, Sambo district, Kratie province, defected to Kratie authorities, and he wanted to continue his study. He said he had been evacuated by Viet Congs and appointed as secretary in charge of typing, after that he resigned and returned to live in Kratie. He added that the enemies forces located people to leave Kratie province, because there would be bombing in the near future.
ឈ្មោះ សំ សៀងអ៊ី ជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅភូមិសង្កាត់ ស្រុកសំបូរខេត្ដក្រចេះ បានចេញមកសារភាពនៅចំពោះមុខអាជ្ញាធរ ខេត្ដក្រចេះវិញដោយមានបំណងចង់រួមរស់ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ និងចង់រៀនបន្ដ។ ប្រភព ឆើ្លយថា ខ្លួនត្រូវបានពួកយៀកកុងឱ្យនៅជាមួយវា (យៀកកុង) ហើយមាននាទីជាលេខាធិការខាងអង្គុលីលេខ បន្ទាប់មកក៏បានសុំឈប់ពីការងារ ហើយមករស់នៅខេត្ដក្រចេះវិញ។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមទៀតថាខ្លួនព្រមទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងខេត្ដក្រចេះ បានទៅស្ដាប់ការឃោសនារបស់ខ្មាំង ហើយពួកវាបានបងំ្ខឱ្យប្រជាជនទាំងអស់ ជម្លៀសខ្លួនចេញពីខេត្ដក្រចេះ ព្រោះនឹងមានការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
