On October 03, 1972, about 40 Khmer Viet Congs, equipped with 4 B-40 guns, 20 PM guns made in China and Carabine guns, came to hide themselves in Phnom Bat village at VU:767-009, located in Phnom Bat, Oudong district, Oudong Meanchey province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៤០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបេ៤០ ៤ដើម, ប៉េអ៊ឹមចិន ២០ដើម, ក្រៅពី នោះមានការ៉ាប៉ីនបានមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិភ្នំបាត ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៧៦៧-០០៩ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ភ្នំបាត ស្រុកឧត្ដុង្គ ខេត្ដឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។
