On September 29, 1972, about 70 Khmer Viet Cong, gathered in Chhae Teal village at WU:048-055, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province. They were headed by Cheang Sarin. The enemies deployed and hid themselves in Prek Ta Ben village WU:028-025 and also set up a 75mm-DK at WU:028-028, Sangkat Preah Pra Sap, Khsach Kandal district, planning to shell at the National Army position in Preah Pra Sap.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន៧០នាក់ បានប្រមូលផ្ដុំគ្នានៅភូមិឈើទាលត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ០៤៨-០៥៥ក្នុង ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ឈ្មោះ ជាង សារិន ហើយមករាយគ្នាលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិព្រែកតាបែន ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ០២៨-០២៥ ហើយបានតាំងកាំភើ្លង ទំហំ៧៥មមមួយដើម នៅចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ០២៨-០២៨ សង្កាត់ ព្រះប្រសប់ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ក្នុងគោលបំណងបាញ់ផ្ដក់មកលើ ទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិនៅព្រះប្រសប់។
