Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Chhy was a person who was indoctrinated by Khuon to betray the party. On December 10, 1973, Chhy attended a meeting and received the plot from Khuon to gather former networks in order to attack the revolution in the future.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ឈី ជាមនុស្សដែល ឃួន អប់រំអោយក្បត់បក្ស។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១០-១២-១៩៧៣ ឈី បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ពី ឃួន និងប្រមូលខ្សែចាស់ៗឡើងវិញ សម្រាប់វាយបដិវត្ដនៅពេលអនាគត។
