On September 21, 1972, about 350 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces under a commander named An Kaeng, came to mobilize their special combatants at WT:128-832 in Lvea Kaong, Khsach Kandal district,
Kandal province. On the same day, those North Yuon Viet Congs transported weapons and ammunition including 4, 75mm heavy artilleries, 2 of 82mm heavy artilleries, and many AR-15 guns in ox-carts and stored them at WT: 110-842, WT:107-835, WT:127-833 in Nak Ta Kra Nhanh village, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួនប្រមាណ៣៥០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះអាន់ កើង បានមកប្រមូលផ្ដុំកងទ័ពពិសេសរបស់វា នៅភូមិល្វាកោង ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១២៨-៨៣២ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល។ បន្ទាប់មកក្នុង ថ្ងៃដដែលយៀកកុង យួនខាងជើងនេះបានជញ្ជូនអាវុធ និងគ្រាប់មួយចំនួន ដូចជាកាំភើ្លងទំហំ៧៥មមចំនួន៤ដើម, ទំហំ៨២មមចំនួន២ដើម និងអាអ៊ា១៥ ជាច្រើនដើមដឹកតាមរទេះគោមកលាក់ទុកនៅអ្នកតា ក្រញ៉ាញ់ ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១១០-៨៤២, ១០៧-៨៣៥ និង១២៧-៨៣៣ ក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
