Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that on the plan of building up forces to take over the revolutionary power from the party, Pheng assigned Et and Chhuon to take responsible for building up forces in Phnom Penh. As for the weapon warehouse, Et and Chhuon also took responsible to control.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ក្នុងផែនការក្ដាប់កសាងកម្លាំងដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដពីបក្ស ខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងអោយ អេត និង ឈួន ទទួលភារៈក្ដាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងនេះនៅភ្នំពេញ។ ឯឃ្លាំងអាវុធ ក៏ពីរនាក់នេះទទួលខុសត្រូវដែរ។
