On December 6, 1972, an alerted person, Mom Chhorn, defected to national authorities in O-Tapaong in Battalion 437. He brought a carabine No. 7552158, a CKC No. 13036758 and 5 cartridges. He confessed that he served in enemy movement in June 1970, in mobile unit 105, then he became the commander of Company 21.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ មានជនភ្ញាក់រឮកម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ មុំ ឆន បាននាំអាវុធការ៉ាប៉ីន១ដើម លេខ៧៥៥២១៥៨ និងសេកាសេ ១ដើម លេខ១៣០៣៦៧៥៨ ព្រមទាំងប្រអប់ច្រកគ្រាប់សម្រាប់ការ៉ាប៉ីនចំនួន៥ មកសុំចូលសារភាពជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរនៅអូតាប៉ោង ក្នុងកងវរ សេនាតូច៤៣៧។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្លួនបានចូលបម្រើក្នុងចលនា ខ្មាំងតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ខែមីនា ក្នុងកងចល័តលេខ១០៥ បន្ទាប់មកមាននាទីជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំលេខ២១។
