Sem Sry, alias Dy, died. Interviewed with his 65-year-old uncle Kao Heng; Kao Heng told that Sry died after 1979. Sry៌s father was Bor and mother was Cheng. Sry was born in Tuol Chambakk village, Baray sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. It was in 1972 that Sry volunteered to join the revolution through Hieng៌s propaganda. When first joining the revolution, Sry was assigned to work in Ministry of Commerce in Prey Chhor district. It was in 1975 that he was assigned to work in State Commercial Ministry in Phnom Penh.
សែម ស្រ៉ី ហៅ ឌី ស្លាប់ ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ កៅ ហេង អាយុ៦៥ ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវ ជាឪពុកមា ប្រាប់ថា ស្រ៉ី ស្លាប់នៅក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩។ ស៊្រី មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ប៊ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ចេង មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅ ភូមិទួលចំបក់ ឃុំបារាយណ៍ ស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩ ៧២ ស៊្រី បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលបដិវត្ដ តាមការឃោសនា របស់ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ាង ដំបូងធ្វើនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជ កម្មស្រុកពៃ្រ ឈរ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ បានមកធ្វើការនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
