A source reported that in Sangkat Prek Roka and Sangkat Kandaok, Kandal Stung district, enemies deployed in Chaeng Prey village, Tadaok village and Toek Nim village. The enemies said they would conquer Phnom Penh city by cutting off National Road No. 3 and No. 2. Another source reported that, Meuy Nam, the commander of unit No. 40, ordered Meuy Yang, to send some more troops to Ba Seth mountain, Pon Nhea Leu district. The source continued that when they were sick or injured, they always move Northwards.
