A source reported that on November 20, 1971, the Chief of Khmer Viet Congs who controlled Prek Kabas district, and Men Son, as well as many committee had a meeting in a food eating hall for monks of Prey Pnhei pagoda at VT:866-335.
They decided to gather the local people from 17 to 30 years old to do military service for Khmer Viet Congs. The source added that the enemies deployed in the local people houses in Oudong pagoda village at VT:853-337 and Prey Phdao village at VT:860-310, 865-313, 867-315, Sangkat Prey Phdao. ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មេខ្មែរយៀកកុងឈ្មោះ ក្រឹម វ៉ាន់ ដែលត្រួតត្រាស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស និងម៉ែនសុន ព្រមទាំងគណៈកម្មការជាច្រើនរូបបាននាំគ្នាទៅប្រជុំនៅសាលាឆាន់វត្ដព្រៃភ្ញី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៨៦៦-៣៣៥ សមេ្រចថាប្រមូលអ្នកស្រុកពីអាយុ១៧ ទៅ៣០ឆ្នាំ ឱ្យចូលបម្រើកងទ័ពខ្មែរយៀកកុង។ ប្រភពបន្ថែមថា ខ្មាំងនៅរាយគ្នាតាមផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុកម្ដុំភូមិវត្ដឧត្ដុង្គ វ៉េតេៈ៨៥៣-៣៣៧ ក្នុងភូមិព្រៃផ្ដៅវ៉េតេៈ៨៦០-៣១០, ៨៦៥-៣១៣, ៨៦៧-៣១៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រៃផ្ដៅ។
