A source reported that about 500 Khmers and Vietnamese, under the command of Sangha Hoeun, set up a weapon store and a training centre in between Sa Ang mountain and Pon Nhea Kaong mountain
at VT:437-451, 437-454, 440-454, 440-451, Sangkat Cha Choep, Kong Pisey district. In Samraong Tong district, about 10 enemies, under the command of Ta Chorn, Khmer from Hanoi, came to settle in Bos Srang village VT:509-517, Sangkat Krang Ampel. In Phnom Sruoch district about 150 enemies came to settle at VT:389-567, Sangkat Moha Sang.

១៥០នាក់ បានចូលតាំងនៅត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៣៨៩-៥៦៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់
មហាសាំង។
