Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that in the plans of building up forces in order to take over the authority from the party, Pheng assigned Sim to take responsible for controlling and building up forces at Boeng Pra Yap work site.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ក្នុងផែនការក្ដាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងដើម្បីត្រៀម វាយដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបក្សខ្លួនបានចាត់តាំងអោយ ស៊ីម ទទួលភារៈក្ដាប់ និងកសាងកម្លាំងនេះនៅការដ្ឋានបឹងប្រយ៉ាប។
