Chum Thoeun is unknown. Interviewed with a 56-year-old village chief, Suon Beng; Thoeun, male, aged 23, and his father was Chum Yan and mother was Mol Yem. Thoeun was born in Trapeang Ampil village, Oddar Meanchey sub-district, Ponhea Kreng district. In 1975, he became a soldier as the chief of the unit. It was in 1977 that Thoeun was arrested and sent to S-21 Office.
