A source reported that on November 18, 1971, about 1,500 North Yuon Viet Congs separated their forces and settled in villages in Sangkat Snao, Ang Snuol district.
The source confirmed that the enemies told the villagers that they would attack Phnom Penh when the main army who used to conquer Prey NoKor come in.
