A source reported that since the middle in May, of the North Viet Cong gathered Vietnamese people from the regions, they controlled to a place in Chrang Tor Toeng village, Sangkat Prek Antah about 500m Northern Wat Prek Phdam at WT:238-712.
The source confirmed that a total of 100 Vietnamese people set up shelters there.
