A source reported that enemies ordered Vietnamese immigrants, who were born in Cambodia and Kampuchea Krom to depart from the South and going to Phnom Penh on National Road No. 1 and No. 2, in attempted to subverting and separting the up coming presidentation election. The enemies ordered their forces to infiltrate the entire city and ILO groups in order to throw plastic bombs and seize weapons from the ILO patrols. The source added that other enemies buried within in motro repair shops, printing houses and car parking lots and some disguised as construction workers.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មាំងបានចាត់អនិកជនជាតិយួន ដែលមានកំណើត នៅស្រុកខ្មែរ និងខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមចេញពីទិសខាងត្បូង ចូលមកក្រុងភ្នំពេញតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១ និងលេខ២ ដើម្បីវិទ្ធង្សនា និងវិចេ្ឆទកម្មនៅពេលបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើស ប្រធានាធិបតីខាងមុខនេះ។ ខ្មាំងបានចាត់គ្នាឱ្យឈ្លបនៅតាមគ្រប់វិថីក្នុងក្រុង និងតាមអ៊ីឡូតិ៍ដើម្បីនឹងបោកប្លាសិ្ទក ឬដណើ្ដមយកអាវុធពីអ្នកយាមល្បាត គ្រប់អ៊ីឡូតិ៍ផង។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា ពួកខ្មាំងមានបង្កប់ខ្លួនបន្លំ នៅតាមផ្ទះធើ្វម៉ូតូ ធើ្វជាងផ្ទះ និងកន្លែងចំណតរថយន្ដ។
