A souce reported that on May 26, 1972, Khmer Viet Congs deployed ambush units in Sangkats of Ang Snoul district. Nam, an ambush chief with 30 armed forces, in Lum Hach village at VT:683-867, Sangkat Makak. Svay Eng, an ambush chief with 30 armed forces, came to stand by in Sangkat Pan Sang at VT:754-841, Ang Snuol district. The source continued that every day the enemies moved from village to village.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរ យៀកកុងបានចាត់តាំងដាក់កងឆ្មក់នៅតាមសង្កាត់នានា ក្នុងស្រុកអង្គ ស្នួល។ ឈ្មោះអាចារ្យ ណម មេកងឆ្មក់មានគ្នាចំនួន៣០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចម្រុះបានមកនៅប្រចាំការក្នុងភូមិលំហាច ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ ៦៨៣-៨៦៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ម្កាក់។ ឈ្មោះ ស្វាយ អេង មេកងឆ្មក់មានគ្នាចំនួន៣០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចម្រុះបានមកនៅប្រចាំការក្នុងសង្កាត់ពន្សាំង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៧៥៤-៨៤១ ក្នុងស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា ខ្មាំងបានធើ្វចលនាពីភូមិមួយទៅភូមិមួយជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
