A source reported that on May 10, 1972, committee 22 assigned Say as a chief of Pea Reang district, to be a chief of Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province. The chief of committee of Srey Santhor district who assigned to be the chief of Pea Reang district because Say, killed a lot of people.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ គណៈកម្មាធិការលេខ២២ បានផ្លាស់ឈ្មោះ សាយ ជាប្រធានស្រុក ពារាំង ឱ្យទៅធើ្វ្វជាប្រធានស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ដោយឈ្មោះ សាយ នេះមានកំហុសក្នុងការធើ្វឃាតមនុស្សជាច្រើន។ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះស្រុកពាំរាំង ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ គង់ ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការស្រីសន្ធរ មកធើ្វជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការស្រុកវិញ។
