Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Pul received the plot from Khuon to build up traitorous forces in the military base, to spoil the storm attack plans of Communist Party of Kampuchea and to persuade soldiers to flee from their line. As for Pul's activity, Pheng did not inform in detail.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១២ កងពល៣១០ បាន និយាយថា ពល បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ឃួន អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់នៅក្នុងកងទ័ព បំផ្លាញផែនការណ៍វាយ សំរុកខ្មាំងរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនីស្ដកម្ពុជា និងបំផុសកងទ័ពអោយ រត់ចោលជួរ។ ផេង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ពីសកម្មភាពលំអិតរបស់ពលទេ។
