Tep Meng, alias Tim, disappeared. Interviewed with his 73-year-old elder sister Tep Khim; Meng៌s father was Tep Nhem and his mother was Mom Thorng. Meng has 10 siblings, and he was born in So Ken village, So Korng sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a child, Meng went to Thlok Chrao pogada, but no one knew which grade he was. After leaving school, Meng decided to become a monk. He then left the monkhood, and he didn៌t join the revolution because he went to seek a job in Phnom Penh. When arriving in Phnom Penh, Meng first was a blacksmith and a carpenter. After that, he got married to Eng living in Phnom Penh, but Eng was from Kampong Cham province. It was in 1975 that Meng៌s family and thousands of people in Phnom Penh were evacuated from the city to the countryside. Angkar considered Meng as new people. After returning to his home village for a few months, Meng was assigned by Angkar to repair sewing machines. Meng together with his wife and children was then selected to return to Phnom Penh. Since that time, Meng has never returned to his home village. It was in 1979 that Meng៌s wife and children came to find him in the home village, but didn៌t see him. However, his wife knew that he was assigned to work in sewing unit in Phnom Penh, and he was captured by Angkar and put in the truck. That៌s why he has been disappeared since that time. According to his biography, Meng was arrested by Angkar in the sewing unit in Phnom Penh, and he was then sent to Tuol Sleng Office on Octorber 12, 1978 while his elder sister, Khim, during the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 to 1979, was designated by Angkar to be a chef for cooking in cooperatives and to weave a mat. It was very difficult, and there wasn៌t enough food to eat.
ពេទ ម៉េង ហៅ ទឹម បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ ពេទ ខឹម អាយុ៧៣ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាបងស្រី។ ម៉េង មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ទេព ញឹម ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ មុំ ថោង មានបងប្អូន១០នាក់ មានស្រុកកំណើត នៅភូមិ សូរគេន ឃុំសូរគង ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ កាលពីតូចរៀននៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាវត្ដថ្លុក ជ្រៅមិនដល់ ត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទេ ពេលឈប់រៀនមកបួសជាព្រះសង្ឃនៅវត្ដថ្លុក ជ្រៅ។ ក្រោយមកសឹកមក វិញ មិនបានចូលបម្រើចលនាបដិវត្ដទេ គឺទៅរកការ ងារធ្វើនៅភ្នំពេញ មុនដំបូងដឹងថា ជាជាងដែក និងជួសជុលកៅអី ក្រោយមកទៀត រៀបការប្រពន្ធ ឈ្មោះ អេង នៅភ្នំពេញ តែ អេង មានស្រុក កំណើតនៅខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អង្គការបានជម្លៀស ក្រុមគ្រួសារ ម៉េង និងប្រជាជន រាប់មុឺនរាប់សែននាក់ទៀតចេញ ពីទីក្រុងទៅទីជនបទ ម៉េង អង្គការចាត់ទុកជាប្រជាជនថ្មី ហើយមកវិញ មករស់នៅស្រុកកំណើតវិញ នៅបានតែប៉ុន្មាន ខែប៉ុណេ្ណាះ អង្គការត្រូវការអ្នកចេះជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនកាត់ ដេរ ម៉េង ត្រូវបានអង្គការជ្រើសរើសមកភ្នំពេញវិញទាំងប្រពន្ធកូន។ តាំងពីនោះមកមិនដែលឃើញ ម៉េង ត្រប់មកស្រុកកំណើតវិញទេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ឃើញប្រពន្ធកូនរបស់ ឈ្មោះ ម៉េង មកតាម រកដល់ស្រុកកំណើតតែមិនបានជួបទេ តែប្រពន្ធបានដឹងថា ការធ្វើការនៅអង្គភាពកាត់ដេរ ភ្នំពេញ ឃើញអង្គការឡានមក ដាក់យកទៅបាត់នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨។ បើតាមប្រវត្ដិរូប ឈ្មោះ ម៉េង អង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅអង្គភាពកាត់ដេរនៅភ្នំពេញ យកទៅដាក់គុកទួលសែ្លងក្នុងថៃ្ងទី២៧ខែតុសាឆ្នាំ១៩៧៨។ រីឯឈ្មោះ ខឹម ត្រូវជាបងស្រីជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដល់៧៩ អង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើចុងភៅ នៅតាមសហករណ៍និង ត្បាញកនេ្ទល ដេរស្លឹក លំបាកណាស់ តែគ្មានអាហារហូបចុក គ្រប់គ្រាន់ទេ។
