Summary / Abstract :

A 24-year-old Khmer communist Yin Meng was arrested by national army of Phnom Den military sub-region on January 20, 1975. He was captured at Koh Dach and sent to A2 of general staff on January 21, 1975. He confessed that he served the enemy on September 13, 1974 as combatant in group ៈ 1, platoon ៈ3, company ៈ219, Battalion ៈ 244, regiment ៈ124, region ៈ 22, zone ៈ 203. He said he did not volunteer to do so, but was forced by Sim who came to his house and arrested him, He had no choice but to serve Khmer communist combatant.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ផ្នែកសឹករងភ្នំដិល បានចាប់បាន ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ យ៉ីន ម៉េង អាយុ២៤ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវបានកង ទ័ពជាតិចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅកោះដាច់ ហើយបញ្ជូនទៅក២ នៃអគ្គសេនា ធិការកាលពីថ្ងៃ២១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថាខ្លួន ធ្លាប់បានចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដែលមាន ឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី៣ កងអនុសេនាធំ២១៩ កងវរៈសេនាតូច២៤៤ កងវរៈសេនាធំ១២៤ តំបន់២២ ភូមិភាគ២០៣ តែខ្លួនពុំបានចូលបម្រើដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដទេ គឺដោយសារ តែឈ្មោះ ស៊ឹម មកចាប់ខ្លួននៅផ្ទះហើយបង្ខំ ហើយបង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើជា យុទ្ធជនរបស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដ ដូចេ្នះខ្ញុំមិនហ៊ានរឹងរូសខ្លាចគេយកទៅ សម្លាប់។
