Chan Samen, a chief of Prasotr district, defected to national army without any fighting. The subject said that in the district there were about 15 militia equipped with 2 AK-49, 1 CKC, 1 Moskitong, and 1 Karabin. For soldiers in district, at least there were 500 army equipped with 50 CKC, 10 AK-47, 50 40.M1, 5 M-16, 1 M-60, 7 FMB1, 1 machine gun and they had bullets only from 30 to 40 bullets for each.
ច័ន្ទ សាម៉ែន ជាគណៈស្រុកប្រសូត្រ បានចុះចូលជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ ក្រៅការប្រយុទ្ធ។ សាមុីជនបានឆ្លើយថា នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ប្រសូត្រទាំង មូលមានសេនាជនប្រហែល១០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាកា៤៧ ចំនួន២ ដើម, សេកាសេ១ដើម, មូស្គីតុង១ដើម, ការ៉ាប៊ីន ១ដើម។ រីឯកង ទ័ពប្រចាំស្រុកមានតិចជាង៥០០នាក់ទេ ហើយប្រដាប់ដោយសេកា សេ ៥០ដើម, អាកា៤៧ចំនួន១០ដើម, ៤០ អ៊ឹម១ចំនួន៥០ដើម, អ៊ឹម១៦ចំនួន៥ដើម, អ៊ឹម៧៩ មួយដើម, អេហ្វអឹមប៊ី១ចំនួន៧ដើម មីត្រីយេុី៣០មួយដើម ហើយពួកទាហានមានគ្រាប់ពី៣០ ទៅ ៤០ គ្រាប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះក្នុងម្នាក់ៗ។
