Phat Vat, alias La, disappeared. Interviewed with his 51-year-old elder sister Phan Sopheap; Vat៌s father was Khim Phan and mother was Yien Phan. Vat has 4 siblings, and he was born in Samrong village, Samrong sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a child, Vat studied until grade 7 [in the old system]. After leaving school, he came to help his parents in rice field. It was in 1973 that Vat volunteered to join the revolution as a KR soldier in Prey Chhor district because his father was killed by US bombardment. Pheap said that Vat has never returned to visit home since joining the revolution. Until Pheap went to see Vat in Phnom Penh in 1975, he learned that Vat was assigned to work as a medical staff. In 1977, it was known that Vat was assigned by Angkar to work in Kampong Chhnang Airport. He then disappeared and there was no information about him. Pheap, during the Khmer Rouge regime, was assigned by Angkar to a mobile work brigade in order to build dams and transplant seedlings without having time to rest; in addition, there wasn៌t enough food to eat. Pheap also witnessed 17 April people were evacuated from Phnom Penh to live here. Later, militiamen captured and tied these new people during the day, not even at night that they did this. It was until 1979 that people had freedom and were no longer afraid of starvation and being captured to be executed. Nowadays, Pheap is a farmer.
ផន វ៉ាត ហៅ ឡា បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ ផន ភាព អាយុ៥១ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវ ជាបងស្រី។ វ៉ាត មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ឃឹម ផន ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ យាន ផន មានបងប្អូន៤នាក់ មាន ស្រុកកំណើត នៅភូមិសំរោង ឃុំសំរោង ស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ វ៉ាត កាលពីតូចរៀនបាន ត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី៧ឪចាស់ឱ ឈប់រៀនមកជួយ ធ្វើស្រែចម្ការឪពុកម្ដាយវិញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ បានស្ម័គ្រ ចិត្ដចូលជាយោធាខែ្មរក្រហមនៅស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ ដោយសារ ថា ឪពុកស្លាប់ដោយសារអាមេរិចកាំង ទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែក។ ភាព និយាយថា វ៉ាត តាំងពីចូលបដិវត្ដតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មកមិន
ដែលបាន ត្រឡប់មកផ្ទះម្ដងណាទេ ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ភាពបាន ទៅលេងឈ្មោះ វ៉ាត នៅភ្នំពេញ ដឹងថាប្អូនធ្វើ ពេទ្យយោធា។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ដឹងថា ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាត អង្គការបញ្ជូនទៅធ្វើការ នៅព្រលានយន្ដហោះ ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ក្រោយមកមិនដែលបាន ទទួលដំណឹងអីទេ បាត់ខ្លួនរហូត។ ភាព ជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហម អង្គការ ចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើការងារកងចល័តលើកទំនប់ ជីកប្រឡាយ ដកស្ទូង គ្មានពេលសម្រាក ហូបចុក មិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់និងឃើញ អ្នក១៧មេសា ជម្លៀស ពីភ្នំពេញមករស់នៅទីនេះ ក្រោយមកឃើញកងឈ្លប ចាប់ចងទាំងថៃ្ងមិនចាំបាច់យប់ទេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ទើបបាន រស់នៅមានសិទ្ធសេរីភាពលែងមានការ ភ័យខ្លាចរឿងអត់បាយ ហូប រឿងគេចាប់យកទៅសម្លាប់ សព្វថៃ្ង ភាព ប្រកបមុខ របរធ្វើស្រែចម្ការ។ |
