A source reported that on December 18, 1971, about 150 to 250 Viet Cong Armed Forces, had set up a headquarters at W 024-067, located 40m behind Ta Ek pagoda, Koh Choram commune, Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province. About 20 to 40 of them were nominated to deploy at W 010-092 in Roka Kaong in order to spy on National Army activities.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ យៀក កុងចំនួនពី១៥០ ទៅ២៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានតាំងទីបញ្ជា ការនៅក្នុងវត្ដតាឯក ក្រោយព្រះវិហារចម្ងាយប្រហែល៤០ម៉ែត្រ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០២៤-០៦៧ ក្នុងឃុំកោះចូរ៉ាម ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែមទៀតថា ពួកខ្មាំងនេះតែងចាត់គ្នាពី២០ ទៅ៤០ ឱ្យមកលាក់ខ្លួនលើកោះមុខរកាកោង ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េ ០១០-០៩២ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យមើលសកម្មភាពកងការពារជាតិដែលតាំងនៅរកាកោង។
