A source reported that Khmer Viet Congs came to up to Ampeou Prey village and on to Western Kaok Ov Loek village, crossing the Prek Tnaot river at VT 840-653, Prey Veng commune at VT 839-663, Phlaeng Chhes Rotes commune, Dangkao district. These enemies aimed to attack Prey Sar Fortress and Stung MeanChey Radio Station. About 200 North Yuon Viet Congs came to stay in Treay Sla commune at WT 105-510, 108-524. These enemies planned to attack the National Army Possition at Sa-Ang district office.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងបានឡើងមកភូមិអំពៅព្រៃ តម្រង់ មកខាងលិចភូមិគោកឱឡឹក ហើយឆ្លងកាត់ស្ទឹងព្រែកត្នោត ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៤០-៦៥៣ ឃុំព្រៃវែង ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៣៩-៦៦៣ និងឃុំភ្លើង -ឆេះរទេះ ស្រុកដង្កោ។ ពួកនេះមានបំណងវាយប្រហារបន្ទាយព្រៃស និងស្ថានីយ៍វិទ្យុស្ទឹងមានជ័យ។ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងប្រហែល ២០០នាក់ បានមកស្នាក់ងនៅក្នុងឃុំត្រើយស្លា ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១០៥-៥១០, ១០៨-៥២៤។ ខ្មាំងនេះមានគោលបំណងវាយ រំខានទីតាំងទ័ពជាតិនៅសាលាស្រុកស្អាង។
