Sam Chhoeun aka Pheng, secretary of regiment 12, division 310, confessed that Chheang, secretary of regiment of Otdar Meanchey province, received the plot from Khuon to build up traitorous forces, to destroy the plan of enemy attack and to convince soldiers to flee from their unit.
សំ ឈឿន ហៅ ផេង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពពី ឈាង លេខាវរសេនាធំ នៅខេត្ដឧត្ដរមានជ័យ ថាៈ បានទទួលផែនការពី ឃួន អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បំផ្លាញ ផែនការវាយខ្មាំង និង បំផុសកងទ័ពអោយរត់ចោលជួរ។
