A source reported that on June 26, 1973, about 300 Khmer Rebel Armed Forces equipped with heavy artillarys moved from Trapeang Chrov village at VT 401-624 toward Moha Sang at VT 395-637, by passing National Road 4. They then divided into two group with 20 and 30 people respectively.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រមាណ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ បានបំបែកគ្នាជា ក្រុមៗពី២០ ទៅ៣០នាក់ បានចេញពីភូមិត្រពាំងជ្រៅ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៤០១-៦២៤ ឆ្លងកាត់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ ម្ដុំមហាសាំង សំដៅទៅត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៣៩៥-៦៣៧។
