A source reported that on December 12, 1971, about 100 Khmer and Yuon Viet Congs came to set up shelters at VT 541-516 in Mo Ha San Dok village, Srang commune, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province. In additional, about 50 Khmer Viet Congs set up shelters at VT 516-526 in Roluos village, Krang Ampel commune, Samraong district, Kampong Speu province.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ មានខ្មែរយៀក កុង និងយួនខាងជើងប្រហែល១០០នាក់ បានមកតាំងជម្រកក្នុងភូមិ មហាសណ្ដុក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៥៤១-៥១៦ ក្នុងឃុំស្រង់ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ប្រភពបន្ថែមទៀតថា មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៥០នាក់ ទៀតបានមកតាំងទីជម្រកនៅភូមិរលួស វ៉េតេ៥១៦-៥២៦ ក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងអំពិល ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
