A source reported that on December 21, 1971, about 200 Khmer Viet Congs Armed Forces came to set up shelters in Kbal Chrouk village at VT 714-663, Krang Mkak commune, Ang Snuol district. The source indicated that the enemies planned to attack the National Army forces at those spots.
ប្រភពបានឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុង ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅ ក្នុងភូមិក្បាលជ្រូក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧១៤-៦៦៣ ក្នុងឃុំក្រាំងម្កាក់ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ពួកខ្មាំងនេះបានវាយប្រហារ មកកងការពារជាតិយើងនៅវត្ដអង្គពពាយ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧០៩-៦៧៧ ហើយខ្មាំងមានបំណងវាយប្រហារម្ដងទៀត ទៅលើកងការពារជាតិដែល តាំងនៅចំណុចនេះ។
