On June 16, 1973, two Khmer Rebel agents named Ngi and Kie, were entranced to Kampot town in order to buy food for their soldiers who were deploying at US 919-682 in Prek Khdat. These enemies always transported food in Motor carts at VS 004-671, through a National Army Checkpoint at Daem Sngav bridge. The armed forces were not interested in transporting food.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ភ្នាក់ងារ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ២នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ងី និង គៀរ បានលួចចូលមកក្រុងកំពត ដើម្បី ទិញស្បៀងទៅផ្ដល់ដល់ទីតាំងកងទ័ពខ្មាំងនៅព្រែកក្ដាត ត្រង់អ៊ុយអេស ៩១៩-៦៨២។ ខ្មាំងបានដាក់ស្បៀងទាំងនោះលើរ៉ឹម៉កម៉ូតូ សណ្ដោង បរចេញតាមថ្នល់ជាតិជាច្រើនលើក នៃកងការពារជាតិនៅប្រចាំការ ត្រង់ស្ពានដើមស្ងាវ ត្រង់វ៉េអេស ០០៤-៦៧១ ពុំបានចាប់ អារម្មណ៍ទៅលើការដឹកនាំស្បៀងចេញនេះទេ។
