A source reported that on May 26, 1972, about 1,000 heavily armed North Yuon and Khmer Viet Congs, under the command of Ny Em and Moeun, divided into 3 parts:(1)the suicide unit, which crossed National Road No. 3 at Tonle Kok village at VT:757-598, and Prey Lvea at VT:731-622, on its way to Boeng Chaeng Ek, to attack the radio station Strung Mean Chey. They came from Boeng Tumpun and rushed for the field marshal' s villa. (2) this unit departed from Phsak village at VT:963-576 to Ach Kok village at VT:952-632. (3) the third unit crossed Boeng Raong Dam Rei at VT:980-640, to Svay Ro Lum village and planned to conquer Takhmao in soon.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ជាច្រើន មានគ្នាចំនួនប្រហែល១០០០នាក់ ជាកងទ័ពចម្រុះក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ នី ឯមនិងឈ្មោះ មឿន។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានចែកគ្នាជាបីផ្នែកៈ ផ្នែកទី១ ជាកងពល អត្ដឃាតបានឆ្លងកាត់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣ ភូមិទនេ្លគោកត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេៈ៧៥៧-៥៩៨ កាត់ព្រៃល្វាត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៧៣១-៦២២បម្រុងចូលមកបឹងជើងឯក បំណងនឹងចូលវាយប្រហារស្ថានីយវិទ្យុសឹ្ទងមានជ័យ ចូលតាមបឹងទំពុន និងសម្រុកចូលមកភូមិគ្រឹះលោកសេនាប្រមុខ។ផ្នែកទី២ ចេញពីភូមិផ្សាកវ៉េតេៈ៩៦៣-៥៧៦ មកភូមិអាចក៍កុកចំណុច វ៉តេៈ៩៥២-៦៣២។ ផ្នែកទី៣ ឆ្លងកាត់បឹងរោងដំរីវ៉េតេៈ៩៨០-៦៤០ ចូលទៅភូមិស្វាយរលំ មានបំណងនឹងវាយយកក្រុងតាខ្មៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
