Than Moeun, male, disappeared. Interviewed with his 82-year-old father Soeur Than, and his mother was E Norm. Moeun has 6 siblings and he was born in Taing Trapeang village, Lvea sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a child, Moeun studied until grade 8 [in the old system] and became a monk for two years in Beong Kok. Until the Khmer Rouge regime arrived, Moeun was disrobed by Angkar. After leaving the monkhood, he came to help his parents in rice field. It was in 1975 that Moeun volunteered to join the revolution as a Khmer Rouge soldier in Prey Torting district through Seang who was the chief of Taing Trapeang village. He was later assigned to Phnom Penh and became a soldier in Regiment 310 in fishing near Prek Kdam. Moeun never returned to visit home and disappeared. It was until 1979 that it៌s known Moeun was shot dead in Prek Kdam while there was a war when the Vietnamese soldiers marched into Cambodia. Than during the Khmer Rouge regime, was assigned by Angkar as the chief of cooperative in growing vegetable. At that time, it was until having creative ideas that people were able to have enough food to eat. Than became the chief of cooperative from 1975 to 1979. At that time, the village chief was Un, the commune chief was Sorn, and the chief of district was Sok. In 1975, there were new people evacuated from Phnom Penh, and it was until 1976 that there were some other new people evacuated by Angkar from the village to another province. After 1979, it៌s seen that some came back while some never returned to their home village.
ថន មឿន ភេទប្រុស បាត់ខ្លួន ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ សឿ ថន អាយុ៨២ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវ ជាឪពុក ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ អ៊ី ណម មានបងប្អូន ៦នាក់ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិតាំងត្រពាំង ឃុំល្វា ស្រុក ពៃ្រឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ មឿន កាលពីតូចរៀនបានត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី៨ឪចាស់ឱ ហើយបានបួសជា ព្រះសង្ឃបានពីរវស្សានៅវត្ដបឹងកុក ដោយសារតែចូលដល់របបខែ្មរក្រហមទើបអង្គការបង្ខំឱ្យសឹកមក ជួយធ្វើស្រែចម្ការឪពុកម្ដាយវិញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ចូលជាយោធាខែ្មរក្រហមនៅស្រុកពៃ្រ ទទឹង តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ សៀង ជាប្រធានភូមិតាំងត្រពាំង។ បន្ទាប់មក មឿន បានទៅ ដល់ភ្នំពេញជា យោធាវរសេនាតូចលេខ៣០៤ខាងនេសាទត្រីនៅ ម្ដុំព្រែកក្ដាម ហើយមិនដែលបានមកលេងផ្ទះទេ ហើយបាត់ដំណឹង រហូត ដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ បានដឹងថា មឿន ពេលសង្គ្រាមវៀតណាម វាយចូលមកដល់ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានការវាយតបតគ្នា ហើយ មឿន ត្រូវគ្រាប់ស្លាប់នៅព្រែកក្ដាម។ ថន នៅជំនាន់ ខែ្មរក្រហមអង្គ ការចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើប្រធានសហករណ៍ខាងដាំបនែ្ល កាលជំនាន់ នោះទាល់តែមានគំនិតចៃ្ន ប្រឌិត ទើបអាចឱ្យប្រជាជនហូប គ្រប់គ្រាន់។ ថន បានធ្វើប្រធានសហករណ៍តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ដល់ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៩ កាលនោះប្រធានភូមិឈ្មោះ អុន ប្រធានឃុំឈ្មោះ ស៊ន គណៈស្រុកឈ្មោះ សុខ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ មានប្រជាជនថ្មី ជម្លៀសមកពីភ្នំពេញ ហើយដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ មានប្រជាជនចាស់ថ្មី ខ្លះទៀតត្រូវអង្គការជម្លៀសចេញពីភូមិទៅនៅខេត្ដផេ្សងៗទៀត នៅក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ខ្លះឃើញមក វិញខ្លះមិនឃើញត្រឡប់ មកស្រុកកំណើតវិញទេ។
