A source reported that there were about 70 Yuon Viet Cong armed forces from Army 82, under the command of Soleng, had hidden themselves in the forest near Trapeang Sangke village at VT 781-942 and VT785-935, sangkat Chrey Las, Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province. The source continued that 70 Khmer Viet Cong "Khmer Muslim", under the command of Um Chan, had hidden in the forest near Baralea pagoda at VT 737-965, 755-963, 735-975 and 763-975, sangkat Tranup Thom and sangkat Phnom Bat.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មាន មកថាយួនយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល ៧០នាក់ ក្នុងកងទ័ពលេខ៨២ ដែលមានឈ្មោះសូឡេងជាអ្នក ដឹកនាំផ្លូវ មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅព្រៃជិតភូមិត្រពាំងសង្កែ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៨១-៩៤២ និង ៧៨៥-៩៣៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ជ្រែលាស់ ស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្ដ កណ្ដាល។ ប្រភពបន្ថែមទៀតថា ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៧០នាក់«ជាខ្មែរអ៊ីស្លាម» ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ ចាន់ បានបង្កប់ខ្លួនស្ថិត នៅព្រៃក្បែរវត្ដបារាលា ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៣៧-៩៦៥ ៧៥៥-៩៦៣, ៧៣៥-៩៧៥ និង ៧៦៣-៩៧៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ទ្រនប់ធំ សង្កាត់ភ្នំបាត។
