Captain Sithan confessed that there were two kinds of CIA in Cambodia; 1)people who aged from 35-45, and they had a high level of knowledge were served as persuader; and, 2)people who aged from 18-25, especially male and female youths like milk force soldiers and Free Khmer networks, were served as labor forces. The CIA were responsible for investigating and providing information.
សក្ដិ ៣ ស៊ីថន បាននិយាយថា សេអ៊ីអា អាមេរិកនៅប្រទេសខ្មែរ មានមែកធាងធំៗ ២ គឺបុគ្គលិកខាងសតិអារម្មណ៍ ឬគំនិតសំដៅ ទៅលើមនុស្ស ដែលមានចំណេះដឹងច្រើន និងមានអាយុចាប់ពី ៣៥-៤៥ ឆ្នាំ ទី ២ បុគ្គលិកខាងកម្លាំងពួកនេះ យកអាយុពី ១៨ -២៥ ឆ្នាំ ពិសេសយុវជនយុវនារីដែលមានកម្លាំង ធ្វើជាកងទ័ព ដូចជាពួកម៉ាយហ្វក ឬ ពួកខ្មែសេរី។ សេអ៊ីអា មាននាទីខាងសេុីអងេ្កត និង ផ្ដល់ពត៌មាន។
