Nhoung Sophal, 31 years old, Khmer, was permitted to serve for the interest of the Ministry in Ba Non region, Battambang province. His duty was to persuade the Khmer liberation armed forces to defect to the national government.
ឈ្មោះ ញូង សុផល អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ក្រសួងនៅក្នុងតំបន់បាណន់ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ក្នុងរឿងប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះដើម្បីរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
