On July 21, 1974, a Khmer communist, Hoen Seang Ly alias Vuthy, cam to defeced to Company 602. He was a deputy chief of militia group in Batt Sla Sapp village, Peam Chileang sub-district, Peam Chileang district of Region 21, Zone 203.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់រឮក ម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹន ស៊ាងលី ហៅ វុទ្ធី បានចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយ កងអនុសេនាធំទី១ នៃកងវរៈសេនាតូចទី៦០២។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដភ្ញាក់ រឮកនេះមានមុខងារជាអនុប្រធានក្រុមកងឈ្លបប្រចាំភូមិបាត់ ស្លាសាប់ ឃុំពាមជីលាំង តំបន់២១ ភូមិភាគ២០៣។
