On July 15, 1975, Diep Khoeun, Khmer Nation, 15 years old, escaped from the enemy zone in Kampong Speu province. This person was then arrestred on the National Road No.4, by the enemy who came out of the jungle as she was accused of being secret agent of Government.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ដៀប ឃឿន ជាតិខ្មែរអាយុ ១៥ ឆ្នាំ បានលួចរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ក្រោយមកឈ្មោះនេះត្រូវពួកខ្មាំង ចេញពីក្នុងព្រៃតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤ មកឃាត់ខ្លួនចាប់យកទៅ ដោយចោទថាជាភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់ខាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
