The report was about the result of the first election and political crisis between parties concerned after the release of the result by UNTAC. With the leadership of Prince Norodom Sihanouk, all parties agreed upon the creation of provisional government.
របាយការណ៍នេះបាននិយាយអំពីលទ្ធផលនៃការបោះឆ្នោតជាលើកដំបូងនិងវិបតិ្ដនយោបាយលរបស់គណបក្សដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធក្រោយដែលអ៊ុន-តាក់ បានប្រកាសលទ្ធផល។ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់សមេ្ដចនរោត្ដម សីហនុ គណបក្សទាំងអស់ក៏បានឯកភាពលើការបង្កើតនូវរដ្ឋាភិបាលបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន ។
