Nowadays, there were many Viet Cong Armed Forces who hid themselves with Vietnamese people living in Chup Rubber Plantation. 500 Viet Congs stayed in village No. 5 at WU:653-183, 300 in village No. 15 at WU:659-193, 400 in village No. 18 at WU:685-199 and WU685-201, 300 in village No. 46 at WU:665-225 in Cup commune, Tbong Khmum district. On April 4-6, 1971, they opened their attack on National Military Region such as Kampong Russei, Roka Thom and Tonle Bet. Another 700 Viet Congs hid themselves at WU:555-148, WU:565-153, WU:577-154, in an attempt to attack National Army near Mat Khnung Prek Chik before Khmer New Year's day.

នៅជាមួយអាណិកជនយួន ដែលរស់នៅភូមិចំការកៅស៊ូជប់។ វៀតកុង៥០០នាក់ នៅភូមិលេខ៥ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៦៥៨-១៨៣ , ៣០០នាក់ នៅភូមិលេខ៥ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៦៥៩-១៩៣, ៤០០នាក់ នៅភូមិលេខ១៨ ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៦៨៥-១៩៩ និងឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៦៨៥-២០១, ៣០០នាក់ នៅភូមិលេខ៤៦ ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៦៦៥-២២៥ ក្នុងឃុំជុប ស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ។ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៤-៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកវៀតកុងដែលលាក់ខ្លួន នៅតំបន់ខាងលើនេះបានធើ្វការវាយប្រហារលើមូលដ្ឋានយោធាយើង នៅកំពង់ឫស្សី, រកាធំ, ទនេ្លបិទ។ ពួកវៀតកុងប្រហែល៧០០នាក់បានលាក់ខ្លួនត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៥៥៥-១៤៨, ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ៥៦៥-១៥៣, ៥៧៧-១៥៤ ពួកវាមានបំណងវាយប្រហារយើង នៅមាត់ឃ្នង់ព្រែកជីក អោយបានមុនចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរនេះ។ |
