On September 20, 1973, 200 Khmer rebel that under the commander of A-Ky Net, was operation commander of Khsach Kandal, region 22, and whose base was in Pok Russei sub-district, digged trenches in veal Khleang Moeung and along Mekong River's bank. They digged at night and spied national troop at day time. They aimed to attack the navy that transport ammunition and food supply for national defend troop in Prek Tameak and Vihear Sour. They also attempted to attack national troop in Prek Krabao.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន ២០០នាក់ ក្រោម បញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អគ្គីនេត្រ ជាមេបញ្ជាការប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ក្នុងតំបន់២២ ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាននៅឃុំពុកឫស្សី។ ខ្មាំងទាំង នេះបាន ជីករណ្ដៅលាក់ខ្លួនយ៉ាងមាំ នៅវាលឃ្លាំងមឿង និងនៅតាមបណ្ដោយ មាត់ទនេ្លមេគង្គ ពិសេសខ្មាំងតែងនាំគ្នាជីកលេណដ្ឋាន នៅតែ ពេលយប់ ចំណែកពេលថ្ងៃវានាំគ្នាចេញប្រតិបត្ដិការឈ្លបយកការណ៍ពីកងទ័ពជាតិ នៅតំបន់នោះ។ ខ្មាំងមានគោលបំណងប្រុងវាយកងទ័ព នាវាចរណ៍ ដែលមានដឹកស្បៀង និងគ្រាប់រំសេវទៅផ្ដល់ឱ្យកងទ័ពយើង នៅព្រែកតាមាក់ និងវិហារសួគ៌ព្រមទាំងមានបំណងវាយប្រហារកងការ ពារជាតិនៅព្រែកក្របៅទៀត។
