Touch Hoeung aka Ping was a combatant in group 1, platoon 1, company 2, battalion 144, region 15. The person was arrested on May 08, 1974 at Longvek area. Battalion 144 former battalion 901 was devided into 4 companies and based in Angkor Thom area. Its duty was to protect Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom area. Weapons supply was provided by China. There was another soldiers troop called white Khmer in Angkor Wat, who used to attack on liberation troop. From 1971-732 beliving in the enemy indoctrination people volunteer to join the armed forces, but the situation was changed in 1973, so the enemy had to force a villagers in region 35 to join in the armed forces.
ទូច ហឿង ហៅ អាពីង ជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេនាតូច ទី១ អនុសេនាធំទី២ វរសេនាតូចលេខ១៤៤ តំបន់១៥ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅ លង្វែកកាលពីថ្ងៃ៨ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤។ កងវរសេនាតូច លេខ១៤៤ អតីតកង៩០១ ចែកចេញជា៤កងអនុសេនាធំនៅបរិវេណ ប្រាសាទអង្គរធំ មានបេសកកម្មរក្សាការពារមូលដ្ឋានប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ដ និងអង្គរធំដែលមានអាវុធផ្ដល់មកពីចិន។ នៅតំបន់អង្គរនោះមានអង្គការ ខ្មែរសមួយទៀតហើយធ្លាប់ប្រយុទ្ធនឹងកងទ័ពរំដោះទៀតផង។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១-៧២ ដោយជឿតាមខ្មាំងប្រជាជនស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដធ្វើទ័ពជាច្រើន តែមកដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មាំងពុំមានបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលបានឡើយម្លោះហើយ ប្រើវិធីបង្ខិតបង្ខំអ្នកស្រុកនៅតំបន់៣៥។
