Hang Nat, a chief of group 2, brigade 11, reported about the enemy in region 15 who planned to take control over Longvek area in 1974. In the future the enemy's plan was to change Cambodia to a real communist country. To achieve this plan, the enemy incited people to hate the government and specially to hate American imperism and chase them out of the country. In 1973, there were not Vietcong presence in Cambodian, but Khmer communist or Khmer rouge and Khmer leberation were combined into one group which was called Khmer liberation. By the way, Sihanouk name was used to cheat people to join in the army, but infact Sihanouk reputation was no longer usfull among enemy group any more. Most of Angkar which was assigned by communist party was not pupolar among people because people lack of all the freedom even in farming area.
ហង់ ណាត ជាប្រធានក្រុមទី២ នៃកងពលតូចលេខ១១ បានរាយការណ៍ ពីតំបន់១៥ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មាំងសមេ្រចវាយកាន់កាប់លង្វែក។ នៅ អនាគតខ្មាំងដឹកនាំប្រទេសខ្មែរឱ្យទៅប្រទេសសង្គមនិយម ឬកុម្មុយនិស្ដ សុទ្ធសាទ។ ដើម្បីសមេ្រចគោលបំណងនេះខ្មាំងឃោសនាបង្ខំប្រជាជន ឱ្យចងកំហឹងនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាលជាពិសេសដេញចក្រពត្ដិអាមេរិក។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ គ្មានទ័ពយៀកកុងទេ ឯខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងខ្មែរក្រហម ឬ ខ្មែររំដោះវិញត្រូវអង្គការរំលាយចូលគ្នាតែមួយហោថាខ្មែររំដោះ។ ម្យ៉ាងបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានយកឈ្មោះសីហនុមកប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការឃោសនា តាមពិតខ្មាំងលែងត្រូវការសីហនុហើយ។ ក្នុងអង្គការនានាដែលបក្ស កុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចាត់តាំងប្រជាជនភាគច្រើនពុំចូលចិត្ដ មូលហេតុខ្វះ សេរីភាព និងបង្កើនផលរួមជាដើម។
